Welcome to our first ever meet the team blog, where we will be exploring each member of our team, so you can get to know them better.

First up is our Digital Marketing Director, Jacob Styler

How did you get started in marketing?

I started my marketing journey in 2016 when I was a social media apprentice at a print management firm in my local town of Droitwich. I was exposed to business for the very first time and I remember feeling intrigued, and asked lots of questions!

From here, I had a taste for more and joined a large energy firm where I built up my experience in customer service development and marketing communications. I then joined a SME in Pershore, where I had introduced the idea of marketing and PR for the first time and suffice to say that it went rather well!

Why did you start Infinity Digital Agency?

When I was studying as an apprentice, I always found the idea of running my own agency an exciting prospect – there was something quite glam about it, but I don’t really know what! 😂

I had the opportunity to start an agency towards the end of 2020, and I wanted to develop a one-stop-shop solution to encompass my diverse skill set in offline marketing, digital marketing and public relations. Soon after, the birth of our beloved agency happened and it’s been a rollercoaster! 🎢

What do you like to get up to outside of work?

When I’m not working or supporting our clients, I like to kick back with a good Netflix series (I am a serial binger when I want to be 😉). I also enjoy going to the gym and travelling with my partner in the life of luxury – you only live once right 🕺

What do you do on a day to day basis?

As the Digital Marketing Director, I am responsible for the development of the business through methods of networking and growing the awareness of our brand. I also meet and greet clients and partners to get to know them and understand how we can work together to help them achieve their goals. I also dabble in project work for our clients who have complex digital needs such as CRM (customer relationship management), rebranding and websites.

If there is one piece of advice you could give to your younger self, what would it be?

Slow down. Everything is not a race and you will get there. I was told at school that I rushed a lot of the time and this is when I would make the most mistakes, so I would shake my younger self to tell him that great things are coming but not to rush.
