When Infinity Digital launched in February 2021, its original mission (from command) was to grow the business and the brand by employing top-class talent in the local area.
Almost 2 years in and we’re still hiring today. We went from 1 to 5 in just 18 months and two of our most recent hires came through via an apprenticeship programme.

WHAT DOES YOUR CAREER LOOK LIKE AT INFINITY DIGITAL? 💪
When you join the team, we get to understand where you’re at and where you want to get to. On your first day, you will fill out a bespoke-to-you questionnaire to identify the gaps in your knowledge.
Then, you will get a custom training plan for your initial probation period to ease you into the team. It’s not all training though! You’ll benefit from side-by-side coaching from our Director, Operations Manager and Social Media Manager.
After your probation ends, we’ll look at what is next for you and where you’d like to progress to. This usually consists of further training, opportunities to take on solo projects or even attend company events.
As a small business, there are no shoes to fill here, so you’ll get the opportunity to make your mark from day one and mould your role as you go.
